Atrium at the Delta Calgary South

My review is specifically for the lower pool atrium section, as that is where I prefer to stay. I have limited mobility and not all hotel pools are accessible. The layout of these rooms are ideal, with little patios that lead right out into the pool and hot tub area. Marriott members, will find the lounge here is a great plus. The staff who oversee it are incredibly welcoming and there are daily breakfast and evening appetizers and a candy bar. The hotel breakfast is also well done. The hotel has always been very clean and all of the workers we have encountered have been very kind and helpful. A couple of times there have been people talking very loudly late at night on their "patios", so I understand why other reviewers say it can be noisy at times. It wouldn't (and won't) dissuade me from staying, but if someone needed to be up early it's something to be aware of (or bring ear plugs :)

I’ve used the hotels meeting rooms twice, for a week each time. The spaces were excellent. They were kept in great condition with plenty of lighting controls and good projectors. I was able to easily use the in ceiling speakers from my laptop. The catered food was great, and the staff was accommodating and attentive. A special thanks to Ruben, Mukul, and Leilani. We will continue to use your hotel as a venue for our training.

We had a meeting here and the space was clean, good service. Friendly staff.

Nice enough room, friendly staff. The Atrium pool and hot tub was nice and quiet.

Travis&Neddie: Our favorite hotel. We stay here a few times a year and the staff are always extremely polite and helpful. If you get to the club lounge for breakfast Leilani is friendly and happy to help you and Lina at dinner is just as wonderful.

This is the first time i stayed on this side instead of in the tower, and I quiet enjoyed it! It's spacious, clean and lots of good parking. The staff are also quiet helpful. The executive bistro is quite nice, but only has a limited selection v the Delta Downtown.
